Elizabeth A. Roberts
Elizabeth has spent her entire career devoted to the practice of assisting families. She regularly handles cases from their commencement through trial and appears in the Probate & Family Court in Middlesex, Essex, Norfolk, Suffolk, Plymouth Barnstable, Dukes, Bristol and Worcester Counties. In addition, Elizabeth serves as a private mediator and conciliator for parties, and has been appointed by the Court to represent children and to serve as a Master.
Nan M. Sauer
Nan's litigation practice focuses mainly on divorce and custody disputes, primarily in Middlesex, Essex, Norfolk, Suffolk and Plymouth Counties. Nan's work as a neutral has expanded in recent years to include serving as an agreed-upon mediator, conciliator, and parent coordinator. In addition, Nan is regularly appointed by the Court to serve as a “Category F” guardian ad litem and as a Special Master or Discovery Master. Nan also serves in the Lawyer for the Day program and occasionally takes on pro bono work in Suffolk and Middlesex Counties.
Kelly N Griffin is dually licensed in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire, where she practices probate and family law, including high conflict custody cases, removals, complex jurisdictional issues, nontraditional families, adoptions, guardianships and sophisticated financial issues, as well as estate planning.
